This draft addresses alexmanfrediniphotography.com. The current HOME loads Google Analytics 4. The current request page describes an on-screen draft that does not submit an enquiry. Payment, client delivery and connected enquiry systems must be documented when implemented; this policy does not assert that those systems are already operating.
Information and purposes
A connected service may need contact details, session preferences, scheduling and location information, order details, billing information and agreed photographic files to respond, plan, provide and deliver the requested work. Collect only what is needed. Any identity verification must use an agreed secure process. Do not submit identification, payment credentials or intimate images in a general enquiry form. The precise data fields, providers and lawful bases applicable to each activity require confirmation.
Private images and permission
Your session photographs will not be published or used for promotion without your explicit authorization. Publication permission is separate from booking and participation consent. Any permission must specify images and intended uses. Access by an assistant, editor, printer or delivery provider must be disclosed and limited to the agreed service. Do not promise that only Alex can ever access files until the actual production and delivery arrangements have been verified.
File deletion and business records
The HOME states that photographs and original files are deleted after delivery and that Alex retains no backup or personal session archive. The deletion trigger and deadline, temporary copies, devices, delivery links, vendor retention and handling of any authorized publication copy remain to be confirmed. Clients must retain their own secure backups. Booking, consent, payment and any legally required identity or production records need their own justified retention schedule. If a legal duty requires retention that conflicts with the public promise, resolve the conflict before offering the affected service; this draft does not silently create an indefinite image-retention exception.
Analytics, cookies and external services
The HOME includes Google Analytics 4 (G-EGKEDNJMYC). Confirm its configuration, cookies, data collected, retention, international transfers and consent requirements. This draft does not assert that an opt-in banner or analytics opt-out control is implemented. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but are not a substitute for required consent controls. Social links take visitors to external services with their own policies. New legal drafts omit analytics while under review.
Providers, disclosures and marketing
Identify the actual hosting, enquiry, payment, email, printing and delivery providers before publication. Disclose the information each receives and relevant safeguards or transfer arrangements.
