Scope and booking
These draft terms cover AMP.com private photography sessions, couples and Lifestyle sessions, professional portraits, digital editing, agreed video production, Flying2U travel, and digital and physical photographic products. A consultation or enquiry is not a confirmed booking. The written proposal must identify the service provider, scope, location, date, deliverables and total price before payment.
Prices, payment and changes
The proposal must state currency, taxes, deposit or retainer, payment schedule, balance due date and any approved expenses. Additional time, editing, products or travel require agreement before charges are incurred. No deposit percentage, non-refundable fee or payment processor is established by this draft. Changes to an accepted order require agreement; later website updates do not silently change an existing booking.
Sessions, boundaries and consent
All participants must be adults aged 18 or older and able to give voluntary, informed consent. Every participant agrees individually to the planned content and may decline a pose, activity or recording, pause, or stop. Consent from a partner does not replace personal consent. Booking or payment does not authorize unrestricted content. Financial consequences of stopping a session must be addressed fairly in the agreed cancellation terms; they must not be used to pressure participation.
Location and Flying2U
Locations and travel are arranged individually. AMP.com does not promise a Miami studio. The proposal must allocate location permissions, rental costs, transport, accommodation, travel time and any destination requirements. Travel purchases, cancellation exposure and weather or transport contingencies require written approval before expenses are committed. A requested destination or date is not a guarantee of availability.
Editing, video and delivery
Agree image counts, selection process, editing style, revision allowance, file formats, resolution, delivery method and delivery schedule before booking. Raw files are included only if expressly agreed. Video is offered only within the Full-Day Premium package when planned in advance; the current HOME describes separate photography and video production blocks. Do not assume simultaneous coverage. Digital editing of supplied material requires appropriate rights and consent from the people depicted; no unauthorized intimate manipulation is permitted.
Digital and physical products
Each product listing or written order must describe the item, format, dimensions or edition where relevant, permitted use, price, delivery estimate and any shipping, tax or customs costs. Printing requires approval of the specified proof where applicable. Books, ready-made prints, custom session products and downloadable files may have different return conditions. No blanket all-sales-final rule is created by these terms. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
See the Cancellation & Refunds draft. Session cancellations, editing already performed, approved travel expenses, defective products and digital delivery problems require distinct treatment. Notice periods, deductions and refund timing must be stated before payment. The draft does not authorize arbitrary forfeiture of payments.
Privacy, releases and publication
Private session photographs will not be published or used for promotion without explicit authorization. A release for publication must be separate from consent to participate and must identify the approved images, uses and channels. Declining promotional use does not authorize publication. Copyright ownership alone does not override this privacy commitment. Any assistants or other people present must be discussed in advance.
Copyright and usage rights
The booking agreement must expressly identify copyright ownership and the client’s license or written transfer. Payment, possession of files and deletion of the photographer’s copies do not by themselves settle copyright ownership. Commercial use, sublicensing, resale and client publication require the relevant rights and the consent of other identifiable participants. Deletion after delivery
The HOME promises private delivery followed by deletion of photographs and original files from Alex’s systems, without backups or a personal session archive. Clients must download, verify and securely back up their copies. The precise deletion trigger, deadline, delivery-provider copies and any mandatory record obligations must be resolved before these terms are made effective. No archival recovery service is promised. Do not interpret this draft as a promise to destroy records that the law requires to be retained.
Safety, lawful use and statutory records
Services and submitted content must be lawful and consensual. Age verification, image content, production roles and any obligations under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A and related regulations require qualified review. This draft makes no exemption or compliance claim. Do not send identification or intimate files through an unconfirmed enquiry route.
Problems, rights and contact
Report delivery problems, privacy concerns or order errors promptly through an agreed working contact channel. The parties should first seek a practical resolution. This draft contains no blanket liability waiver, mandatory arbitration clause or exclusive court requirement. Legal entity, service address, applicable law and any proportionate liability terms remain subject to confirmation and applicable mandatory rights.
